A cocktail style catering which is suitable for special events or weddings. This is more of a casual style service where people don’t have to sit down.

  • Let us come to you and feed you and your friends at your next event. We have a selection of add on’s to have you screaming Char City after.

  • Choose from a selection of food options that you would best suit your event. From skewered meats, to vegetables straight off the Hibachi and beyond.

This dish is very close to my heart and is something that I have been perfecting over many years. Choose from either chicken or lamb and how much spice you want with it.
